For Wholesalers and distributors

Make a mixed catalogue look like one brand.

You did not shoot these products — your suppliers did, in a dozen different rooms with a dozen different cameras. Restage them into a consistent look without reshooting anything.

Why this keeps costing you

Supplier photos never match

Different backgrounds, different lighting, different angles. Put them side by side on a category page and the range looks like it came from six companies.

Reshooting a range is not viable

Hiring a photographer for hundreds of SKUs against thin wholesale margins rarely pays for itself, so poor photos stay up for years.

New lines arrive constantly

Every season adds products, each with whatever imagery the supplier happened to send.

What Pikstage does about it

Save your look once

A Brand Kit stores your preferred lighting, background and mood, then applies it to every photo you generate afterwards — so products added in March match products added in September.

Work from the photo you were sent

Each generation is conditioned on the supplier's image, so the product keeps its real shape, label and colour. You are restaging it, not recreating it.

Everything stays in one place

Finished photos collect in your library, filterable by scene pack and searchable by product name, so you are not hunting through folders months later.

Worth knowing before you start

Pikstage works one product at a time — there is no CSV or bulk upload today. For a few dozen products that is an afternoon; for a 2,000-SKU catalogue migration it is not the right tool yet. It fits best for new lines and your best sellers, not a full back-catalogue sweep.

Questions

Can I process my whole catalogue at once?+

Not today. There is no bulk or CSV upload — you add a product and generate a pack from it, one at a time. Most distributors use it for new lines and top sellers rather than migrating everything. If bulk is what you need, say so and it will inform what gets built next.

How do I keep hundreds of products looking consistent?+

Set up a Brand Kit once. It saves your lighting, background and mood preferences and applies them to every generation afterwards, so products added months apart still match. You can skip it for any individual batch if a product needs something different.

The supplier photo quality is poor. Does that matter?+

Yes, more than anything else. The reference photo is what every generation is built from, so one clear, evenly lit shot gives far better results than a dark or cluttered one. A plain phone photo in good light beats a low-resolution catalogue scan.

What does it cost for a range of products?+

A pack is 5 photos. Lite at $9.99 a month covers about 15 products, Starter at $14.99 about 40. The Annual plan is $99.99 for 1,000 photos across the whole year with no monthly cap, which suits catalogue work that arrives in bursts.
