Refund Policy

We want Pikstage to actually save you money on photography. If it doesn't, we'll refund you. Here's how that works.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you signed up for a paid plan and aren't happy with the results, email [email protected] within 7 daysof your first paid charge and we'll issue a full refund — no forms to fill out, no questions asked.
The 7-day window applies to your first-ever paid charge. Renewals after that are not eligible for a refund (you can cancel anytime to stop future charges — see below).
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address on your Pikstage account
- Roughly when you paid (we'll find the charge in Stripe)
- A short note on what didn't work — helps us improve
We process refunds within 3 business days. Stripe typically returns funds to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellation (Stop Future Charges)
You can cancel your subscription anytime from Dashboard → Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe-hosted customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access (and your remaining image quota) until then, then your account drops back to the free tier.
Cancellation by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period. If you want a refund anda cancellation within the 7-day window, email us — we'll do both.
What Isn't Refundable
- Renewal charges beyond the 7-day window
- Plan-tier changes (e.g. upgrades or downgrades) — we don't refund the difference; Stripe pro-rates automatically
- Charges resulting from violation of our Terms of Service (including but not limited to acceptable-use violations)
Generated Images
Failed generations (model errors, content-policy rejections) don't count against your monthly quota. If you spot an unfair failure, send the batch URL to [email protected] and we'll re-credit your quota.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We'd rather just refund you. Chargebacks cost both of us money (Stripe charges us a non-refundable fee even if we win) and delay resolution.
