Pikstage is built by one person — Dev, in Vancouver. Email lands in a real inbox and gets a real reply, usually within 4 hours on weekdays.
Upload one clean, well-lit photo of your product. Straight-on, plain background works best. On Shopify, just pick a product you already sell.
Lifestyle, Amazon, Instagram, Holiday, or Human. Each one restyles your product for a different place shoppers will see it.
Five photos land in about 60 seconds. Download the ZIP, grab all 6 platform sizes, or publish straight to Shopify.
Click the Recreate button on that photo and it regenerates just that shot. Failed photos never count against your monthly quota, so retrying is free.
Every finished photo collects in your Photo library at Dashboard, then Library. You can filter by scene pack, search by product name, and copy or download any photo from there.
Yes, and it is included on every plan, even Free. Hover any photo and click the download-6 button to get a ZIP with six correctly-sized versions: Amazon (1600px), Instagram square, Instagram story, TikTok cover, Pinterest pin, and Facebook ad.
The reference photo matters more than anything else. Use one product per photo, even lighting, minimal shadows, and a plain background. Blurry, dark, or cluttered references produce blurry, cluttered results.
Your first 20 are free with no card. After that it depends on your plan: Lite is 150 a month, Starter 275 a month, Agency 2,500 a month. Your dashboard shows exactly how many you have left.
Install it from the Shopify App Store at apps.shopify.com/pikstage. Once installed it runs inside your Shopify admin, with no separate account or login needed.
In the Shopify app, click Publish to product under any photo you like. It is added to that product's images immediately, with no downloading or re-uploading.
Paid plans appear on your regular Shopify invoice. There is nothing separate to set up and no card to enter with us.
In your Shopify admin go to Settings, then Apps and sales channels, then cancel the plan or uninstall Pikstage. Uninstalling stops all future charges.
Go to Dashboard, then Settings, then the Subscription section, and click Cancel plan. It is one click: no email, no phone call, no retention questions. That page also shows the exact date your access ends.
Nothing is deleted. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account drops to the Free plan. Every photo you generated stays in your library and stays downloadable.
Yes. There is a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge, whether you signed up on the website or through Shopify. Email [email protected] and we will refund it, no questions asked.
No. Failed generations do not count against your quota. If you ever think you were charged unfairly, email us and we will re-credit it.
There's no support ticket queue and no outsourced help desk — your email comes to me. Include your account email (and your store URL if you're on Shopify) and I'll sort it out.
